Working principle: The glazed tile tile press machine uses galvanized steel sheet, color steel sheet or aluminum sheet as raw materials. Through the coordinated work of the roll forming, pressing, and cutting knife parts, the raw materials are processed into the shape of glazed tiles. The color steel plate enters the roll forming part for initial forming. Then it goes to the pressing part. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder driving the mold to move up and down, it is pressed into a section by section shape similar to glazed tiles. Then, the hydraulic cylinder of the cutting knife part drives the tool to move up and down to cut the color steel tile according to the set length.

Components:

Roll forming part: Driven by a motor and a chain drives each roll to rotate, making the raw material initially formed.
Pressing part: By using the hydraulic cylinder to drive the mold to move up and down, the color steel is pressed into a specific shape like glazed tiles.
Cutting knife part: Also uses the hydraulic cylinder to drive the tool to move up and down and is responsible for cutting the color steel tile to a fixed length.

Control part:

Execution part: Includes frequency converter driving motor, hydraulic station motor, two hydraulic solenoid valves for pressing and two hydraulic solenoid valves for cutting knife, etc., responsible for driving and controlling the actions of each part.
Detection part: There are pulse encoders for detecting the length of color steel tiles, as well as up and down travel switches for pressing and cutting knives, as well as up and down operation buttons for pressing and cutting knives, emergency stop switch, hydraulic start and stop switch, etc., used for real-time monitoring of equipment operation status and parameters.
