  • Structural composition

The shape and size of the molds or rollers determine the final shape and specification of the arched tiles. Driven by the transmission device, the molds or rollers rotate. When the raw materials enter the forming area, they are gradually bent and shaped under the pressure of the molds or rollers to form an arch.
    • Transmission device: Generally composed of motors, reducers, sprockets, chains or belts, etc., it is responsible for transmitting power to the forming device and driving the molds or rollers to rotate at a set speed and direction to realize continuous processing of raw materials.
    • Control system: It can monitor and adjust the operation of the entire equipment. For example, control the speed of the motor to adjust the forming speed; set the forming pressure to ensure that the tiles reach the required strength and shape; it can also manage the start and stop of the equipment and fault alarms to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the safety of the production process.
  • Working principle: After the raw materials enter the arch tile machine, under the action of the molds or rollers of the forming device, they are subjected to the combined action of multiple forces such as extrusion, stretching and bending, and are deformed according to the predetermined shape and size. By precisely controlling the shape, spacing and applied pressure of the molds or rollers, arched tiles with different radians, thicknesses and lengths can be produced to meet the needs of various architectural designs and constructions.

    • According to forming method
      • Mechanical pressing type: Press flat materials into arches by mechanical pressure. This type of arch tile machine has a relatively simple structure, is easy to operate and has a low cost. It is suitable for small-scale production or occasions where the tile accuracy requirement is not high.
      • Hydraulic forming type: Use the hydraulic system to provide strong pressure to realize the forming process. The hydraulic forming arch tile machine has the advantages of stable pressure, high forming accuracy and being able to process thicker materials. It can produce arched tiles with complex shapes and high quality requirements. It is often used in large-scale construction projects or steel structure factories with strict requirements on tile quality.
    • According to degree of automation
      • Semi-automatic type: In the processing process, some operations require manual intervention, such as loading and unloading. The semi-automatic arch tile machine has a relatively low price and is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or individual users with not so heavy production tasks and not extremely high requirements for production efficiency.
      • Fully automatic type: The entire process from feeding, forming to unloading is automated without much manual participation. However, the equipment price is relatively high and is suitable for large-scale production enterprises or engineering projects with high requirements for production efficiency and quality.
