Working principle: Through multiple rollers arranged in a specific order, continuous processing operations such as bending and rolling are performed on steel strips or steel plates. Driven by power devices such as motors, the plate is gradually rolled into a floor deck with a specific cross-sectional shape (such as V-shaped, U-shaped, trapezoidal, or a similar shape). For example, a flat steel plate is first fed into the equipment. After being acted on by a series of rollers of different shapes and sizes, the steel plate is gradually bent into the required waveform of the floor deck.
Structural composition:
- Frame: It is the main structure of the equipment and is used to support and install other components. It needs to have sufficient strength and stability to ensure that there is no deformation or shaking during the processing.
- Roller system: This is the core component and consists of multiple rollers of different shapes and sizes, including forming rollers and guide rollers. The forming rollers directly determine the shape and dimensional accuracy of the floor deck; the guide rollers play a role in guiding and assisting the smooth passage of the plate through the roll forming process.
- Transmission system: Usually composed of a motor, reducer, coupling, transmission shaft, etc., it is responsible for transmitting power from the motor to the roller system so that the rollers can rotate at an appropriate speed and torque to realize the roll forming processing of the plate. For example, the motor provides power, adjusts the speed through the reducer, and then transmits the power to the transmission shaft through the coupling to drive the rollers to rotate.
- Control system: Generally, a PLC (programmable logic controller) or other automation control equipment is used, which can set and adjust the operating parameters of the equipment, such as roll forming speed, plate feeding speed, roller gap, etc., and can also monitor the operating status of the equipment to realize automated production and precise control.
- Shearing device: Used to cut the continuously roll-formed floor deck according to the set length. It usually includes a cutting knife, a driving device (such as a hydraulic cylinder or cylinder) and a positioning device to ensure the accuracy of the cutting size.
